A limited edition lino print, one of only twelve.
This multiplate linocut of the Lorne Hotel captures the textured charm of its historic facade. Unusual layering of white ink evokes painted timber and stucco, reflecting the building’s weathered elegance and its enduring place in the coastal landscape.
Each colour is applied to the lino by me and then handprinted by running it through an etching press multiple times to achieve the correct colour combination. Each artwork is printed on acid free, Canson Edition, 100% cotton paper, 250 GSM, which complies with the ISO 9706 standard on permanence, a guarantee of optimal conservation.
The print itself is 38cm by 26cm. Each print is signed and editioned and is part of a limited edition print run. Each print is an original, not a reproduction, and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.
The print is packed against backing board (100% post consumer waste recycled fibre, FSC certified and acid free) and wrapped in a 40 micron polypropylene (premium film) sealed bag. However, the print will be removed from bag and posted rolled between pieces of acid free Glassine Paper in a mailing tube for best protection.
